If an expert asks to work outside of Scope

To ensure the progress, safety, and reliability of your project, we recommend remaining in Scope. As such, we ask that you commit to the following:

  1. Keep all communication on Scope.
  2. Sign contracts in Scope.
  3. Make payments in Scope.

If project communication, contracts or payments are managed outside of Scope, Scope cannot provide dedicated project mediation, handle payment disputes, issue refunds, or guarantee 30 days of post-build support.
