Scope users

Scope has 3 user types, which we refer to as "experts," "vendors," and "customers."

Here's a quick overview:

Experts: agencies and freelancers qualified to complete technical projects, a.k.a. service partners.

• Experts build, fix, and customize tech products.

Vendors: software companies.

• Vendors use Scope to manage their service partners and handoff their customers to service partners.

Customers: software company (vendor) customers.

• Customers use Scope to gain expert help to use vendor products.
