Progress: Track project deliverables to have insight into the expert’s progress.

Contract: Scope contracts contain 4 parts:

1. Scope MSA
2. Statement of Work (SOW) - contains all the deliverables and info the expert and customer agreed upon for completion.
3. Timeline & Payment - view the project start date, estimated end date, and cost.
4. Stakeholders - users from the vendor company, expert agency, and customer business.
